Payment Policy
Credit Cards
For customers in the United States and around the world, CHRONONATION accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. When paying by credit card, an address verification check is required to help prevent fraud and ensure the security of your transaction. Payments processed by credit card are handled through Authorize.net, a secure payment service provider that meets PCI compliance standards.
For orders over $5,000, CHRONONATION may request additional verification. In these cases, a credit card authorization form will be sent to you for signature, which should be returned via email to info@chrononation.com before your order can be finalized.
Alternative Payment Methods
In addition to credit cards, we offer several alternative payment options for your convenience:

Cash Payments — Accepted in person at our Midtown NYC showroom.

Bank Transfer / ACH — For customers who prefer to pay directly. Orders will be finalized once CHRONONATION has received and cleared the funds.

Zelle and Venmo — Convenient digital payment options for U.S. customers. Please contact us for instructions.

Crypto Payments — We now accept selected cryptocurrencies. For details and wallet information, please reach out to our team before placing your order.
Please note that for all alternative payment methods (bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, crypto), orders will not ship until payment has been fully received and confirmed by CHRONONATION.
Tax & Checkout
Full payment is required at checkout. For orders delivered within New York State, applicable sales tax will be charged at the time of purchase. For shipments outside of New York State, sales tax is exempt from New York taxation.
International Payments
For customers outside the U.S., we accept most major credit cards, bank transfers, and crypto payments (contact us for details). Please be aware that international buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other fees levied by your local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the buyer. Before completing your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details and estimated fees.
Shipping After Payment
Your order will be scheduled for shipment once payment has cleared and CHRONONATION has received confirmation of full payment. You will then receive a confirmation email with your shipment tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress with the carrier.
