RETURN POLICY
The purpose of the CHRONONATION Return Policy is to provide our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the specified time period for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
Exceptions
- Vintage watches are not eligible for return.
- Vintage watches are defined as watches that are over 25 years old.
- All returned items must be in the same condition as received, with no damage or wear.
- This includes any scratches, dents, or other signs of wear.
- All returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, documentation, and accessories.
- This ensures that the item can be returned to its original condition.
- All returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Return Process
New Items
- To return a new item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- You can do this by contacting our customer service team.
- Return the item to our warehouse before the 30-day return period expires.
- You can do this by shipping the item to our address.
- Return shipping must be insured.
- This will protect the item in case it is lost or damaged during shipping.
- If the returned item meets all requirements, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
Pre-Owned Items
- To return a pre-owned item, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- You can do this by contacting our customer service team.
- Return the item to our warehouse before the 7-day return period expires.
- You can do this by shipping the item to our address.
- Return shipping must be insured.
- This will protect the item in case it is lost or damaged during shipping.
- If the returned item meets all requirements, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
Special Orders
- Special orders, which include items that we do not have in stock, items that are special ordered from our distributor, and orders with a sale price of $15,000 or more, are subject to a limited return policy.
- Special orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
- Special orders may incur a restocking fee of 8% of the purchase price if returned after the 7-day return period.
