SHIPPING POLICY

All orders shipped within the United States (including the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii) are shipped at no charge to the customer, fully insured, and delivered with care. 

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared and shipped the next business day using either UPS or FedEx. All shipments are fully insured for the value of your purchase. 

For international shipments, CHRONONATION uses FedEx, and delivery charges may apply depending on destination and service level selected at checkout. 

Tax and Fees

Sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered within New York State. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any brokerage fees, import duties, VAT, customs tariffs, or other charges levied by the destination country — these are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Requirements

All shipments from CHRONONATION require a signature at the time of delivery for security and insurance purposes. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment tracking number. You may use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow the delivery status of your package. 

Shipping Options

Standard insured shipping is included on all qualified U.S. orders. If you would like expedited or next-day delivery, please contact us for pricing and availability prior to placing your order. Shipments delivered on Saturday may require an additional fee.

Ownership of Goods

Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon shipment from our warehouse or an affiliate location. 

Order Accuracy

If you receive an item that is incorrect or materially different from what was advertised on our site, CHRONONATION will issue a full refund or replacement. Any such shipment errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
